If I pay today and purchase one of your custom/couture packages when will you start?

If you click on the "My Availability" link on my blog it will take you to my up-to-date schedule. Scroll down through my schedule and you will see a blank line with a "start by" date next to it. That is my next available opening and upon payment I will put your name in that blank spot. Your start by date guarantees that I will start work on your blog no later than that date, but it could possibly be sooner.

If I pay today and purchase a pre-designed template when will you be finished with the installation of the new template I just purchased?

The installation of your pre-designed template will be completed no more than two weeks from the day of payment. However if you pay and do not get me the required information I need by filling out the Design Style
Form, the two week timeline is compromised.

How do I pay?

The only form of payment I accept is through Paypal. If you follow the link on my site to "Pricing and Purchase" you will be lead to either the personal use or professional use price pages. The packages I offer are detailed out and paypal "add to cart" buttons can be found at the bottom of each package description. The other option is to go directly to www.paypal.com and make the payment to my account which is eightcrazy8@gmail.com.

Once you start on my blog design how long will it take you to finish?

This answer varies with each client. Quick back and forth communication with the emails definitely speeds up this process. I've literally had clients whom I've come up with a design for the first day and they instantly loved everything about it, so the install was done that day. I've also had clients who, because of poor email communication, have taken up to 3 weeks from start to finish. The answer to this question somewhat depends on you!

Once you have paid for a package and you are on my schedule I am happy to answer any questions you have about blogger and walk you through the basics. However Blogger has put together a very helpful "Blogger Help" page that will answer just about any question you have. You may want to take some time looking over their information. And don't be afraid to open up an account and start a blog! Once you do just take some time looking around the posting and layout pages. Blogger is very user friendly!

In my header I would like to have an illustrated character that resembles me. Can you create one for me?

I wish I had the mad skills of an illustrator to draw a character from scratch, but sadly I do not. I am not an illustrator I am a graphic designer/layout artist. If you would like a character that resembles you I would encourage you to search through the files at istockphoto. There are so many to choose from and some of my packages do have istockphoto credit allowances. Beyond the credit allowance the purchase price of the istock file falls on the client. I can however take a character you find on istockphoto and alter it so that hair and eye color matches yours. Depending on the file I can also take things out of the graphic or add things in.

If I want to add a music player, bookshelf, Mr. Linky, or any other widget from outside of blogger to my site will ECD do that for me along with my design?

No. ECD is not responsible for the addition of these kind of items as they are outside of the design scope ECD has been hired for.

How do I get rid of the .blogspot part of my blog's address?

You can buy a domain from the Settings | Publishing tab. Just select the Custom Domain option, enter the domain name you'd like and click Check Availability. This will take you to the Google Apps domain purchase website, which will let you know if the domain is available and proceed with the registration if it is. Finally, you'll go to Google Checkout where you'll make your payment.

Google Checkout will also send you an email with the order receipt. The best part is that it only cost $10 per year!
